– People who want to learn 3d model  and have never studied Revit.

II. TIME, LOCATION AND COURSE FEES.
– Location: KIOS 8 – 142 Tô Hiến Thành – Phường 14 – District 10 – TP. Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
– Time: 12 sessions, each session 150 minutes, from 18h to 20h30, 2-4-6 or 3-5-7 every week.

Students will receive training in the fastest method of rendering and only at VietBIM.

1. Instructions to create basic 3D Revit models manually:

– Levels and Grids: Guide to creating and editing Levels and Grids.
– Wall and Curtain Wall: Instructions for creating and adjusting the structure of brick walls and glass walls.
– Floor and Ceiling: Instructions for creating and adjusting the structure of floors and ceilings.
– Colum and Beam: Instructions for creating and adjusting the structure of columns and concrete beams.
– Door and Window: Create and edit family doors and windows.
– Railing and Staircase: Instructions for creating and adjusting railings and stairs.
– View and Category: Guide to managing views and types of components in 3D models.
– Material and Schedule: Guide to material management and tabulation and export of KL statistics.

2. Guide to Create 3D Revit Model by automation method:

– Material: Guide to creating and managing design materials in Architectural Revit 3D model
– Element Type: Guide to create and manage walls, floors and ceilings in 3D models
– 2D Symbol Plan: Guide to create and manage 2D symbols of design ideas.
– Auto build 3D Model: Instructions for using automation tools to create 3D Revi models
– Update: Guide to managing models and methods of updating 3D Revit models.
– Schedule: Guide to export volumes and use the volume analysis software

INTRODUCE ABOUT VIETBIM ARC – INTRODUCTION TO VIETBIM ARC APPLICATION
– VietBIMARC is: addin running on Revit software platform. It is an application that helps users to automate the process of architectural 3D rendering.
– How it works: Users use VietBIM’s template to provide and use VietBIM’s 2D creation tools and declare design parameters. That is, the designer will put design ideas and design materials into one plane with 2D drawing symbols. Then using VietBIM’s 3D application, it will automatically convert 2D symbols into 3D models with the level of detail up to LOD 400 in the right construction structure and in the right volume> = 95%.
– Outstanding advantages of the application are: increase the rendering speed to be 2, 3 times faster than the manual construction method and especially when there are design changes, users only need to edit a 2D surface then converting to 3D will save a lot of time compared to editing 3D models.
The major disadvantage of the 3D Revit model is that the more we draw and the more details in the 3D model, the more time it takes to edit, sometimes the editing time is equal to the time of new construction.
Therefore, VietBIM’s method is to draw only 1 but there will be 10. All design information will integrate in the 2D symbol layout and when there is a change, users only need to change the correct 2D plan. – Is an independent software running on the Windows operating system. The software receives the output from Revit software and analyzes the volume into a detailed table for making estimated and bid volumes or managing construction volume.
– How it works: Users use VietBIM ARC to create architectural 3D models. After obtaining the 3D Architecture model, the user exports the volume from the model to VietBIM Schedule software. The software will analyze and classify the volume into each room and export it to Excel software to put into parts
